The Visa & Immigration section allows you to view and track all your visa, passport, and work permit details. This is especially important for expatriate employees who need to monitor document validity dates and ensure timely renewals to maintain legal work authorization.

Key Fields
| Field | Description |

| Passport Number | Your passport number as recorded by HR. |
| Passport Expiry | The expiration date of your passport. |
| Visa Type | The type of visa held (e.g., Employment, Visit, Residence). |
| Visa Number | The visa identification number. |
| Visa Expiry | The expiration date of your current visa. |
| Work Permit Number | Your work permit or labor card number, if applicable. |
| Work Permit Expiry | The expiration date of your work permit. |
Expiry Alerts
The system sends automatic reminders when your visa, passport, or work permit is approaching its expiry date. Ensure your records are accurate so that renewal processing can begin in a timely manner. Contact HR immediately if any information is incorrect.
