Welcome to Your Employee Self-Service Portal! Here, you can effortlessly access and manage your personal details, employment documents, attendance records, and payslips.
The Self Service module provides employees with a centralized hub to view and update their own information without needing to contact HR. From checking your leave balance to downloading your latest payslip, everything is just a click away.
Available Sections
The Self-Service Portal is organized into clickable tiles, each represented by an icon. Click any tile to navigate to the corresponding section:

| Dashboard | View your employment overview, including key metrics, upcoming events, and recent activity at a glance. |
| Personal | View and update your personal information such as name, date of birth, nationality, and other demographic details. |
| Leaves | View your leave balance, check leave history, and apply for new leave requests. Track the approval status of pending requests. |
| Documents | Access employment documents including offer letters, contracts, certificates, and other HR-related files. |
| Salary | View your payslips and salary details. Download monthly payslips and review salary breakdowns. |
| Contact | Update your contact information including phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing address. |
| Attendance | View your monthly attendance records, check-in and check-out times, and attendance summary reports. |
| Skills | Manage your skills profile by adding, editing, or removing professional skills and competencies. |
| Experience | View and update your work experience history, including previous employers, job titles, and duration of employment. |
| Education | Manage your education details including degrees, certifications, institutions, and completion dates. |
| Medical | View medical claims, submit new medical reimbursement requests, and track claim status. |
| Visa & Immigration | Track visa and immigration status, view document expiry dates, and manage travel-related documentation. |
| Dependents | Manage dependent information including family members, their details, and associated benefits or insurance records. |
Getting Started
To access the Self-Service Portal:
- Log in to JobNext using your employee credentials.
- From the main navigation, click on Self Service to open the portal.
- You will see the available sections displayed as clickable tiles with icons.
- Click on any tile to navigate to that section and view or update your information.
Please keep your personal information up to date. Changes made through the Self-Service Portal may require HR approval before they are reflected in the system. You will be notified once your updates have been reviewed.
The Self-Service Portal is available only to employees with an active HR Self-Service user account. If you cannot access the portal, contact your HR department or system administrator to verify your account setup.
