Contact Information
The Contact section allows you to view and update your contact details. Keeping this information current ensures that the organization can reach you for important communications and that your records remain accurate for payroll and HR correspondence.

Key Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Personal Email | Your personal email address for non-work communications and account recovery. |
| Work Email | Your company-assigned email address (typically read-only). |
| Mobile Number | Primary mobile phone number with country code. |
| Home Phone | Landline or alternate phone number, if applicable. |
| Permanent Address | Your permanent residential address on file with HR. |
| Current Address | Your present mailing address if different from the permanent address. |
Click Edit to modify your contact details. Changes may require HR approval before they take effect in the system.
