- Job Details — Core information including name, nature, zone, and status
- BOQ Section — Access to Bill of Quantities management via the horizontal menu
- Scopes Section — Define and manage execution scopes from WBS templates
- Estimates — Create and manage resource estimates and budgets
- Horizontal Menu — Quick navigation to BOQ, Scopes, Estimates, and other job-related functions
Converting Enquiry to Execution Job
Enquiry conversion: If the Pre-Tender process was used and an Enquiry was created, when the Quote is won and Contract created, a Job need not be created separately. The Enquiry itself may be converted to an Execution Job, carrying forward all associated BOQs and pricing data.
Minimum requirements: At minimum, a job requires a currency and job type to be created. All other fields provide organizational context and should be filled in for proper tracking and reporting.
