Login & Authentication
Before you can use any JobNext features, you need to log in to your organization's portal. This page explains how to access the platform, authenticate your identity, and reset your password if needed.
Accessing JobNext
JobNext is a cloud-based application accessed through your web browser. Each organization (tenant) has a unique URL provided by your administrator, typically in this format:
https://jobnext.aspirtek.com/<your-company>/
Your administrator may also provide a direct login link that includes your tenant identifier. Bookmark this URL for quick access.
JobNext works best with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. JavaScript must be enabled in your browser settings.
Login Screen
When you navigate to your tenant URL, you will see the JobNext login screen with the JobNext.ai logo and a login form.
The login form has the following fields:

| Company Code / Username | Your login identifier in the format COMPANYCODE/username. For example, OMNI/jdoe. Your company code is a short abbreviation assigned to your organization, and the username is your individual login name. This field is not case-sensitive. |

Logging In
- Open your web browser and navigate to your organization's JobNext login URL.
- In the Company Code / Username field, enter your credentials in the format
COMPANYCODE/username(e.g.,OMNI/jdoe). - Enter your Password.
- Click the Login button.
- If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to the JobNext Home dashboard.
Login with Microsoft
If your organization has configured Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), you can use the Login with Microsoft button to authenticate with your Microsoft 365 / Azure AD credentials. This eliminates the need to remember a separate JobNext password.
After multiple consecutive failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. If this happens, wait a few minutes before trying again or contact your system administrator.
Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the login screen:
- On the login screen, click the Reset Password button.
- Enter your registered Company Code / Username or email address.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to receive a password reset link via email.
- Click the reset link in the email to set a new password.
- Return to the login page and log in with your new credentials.
Administrator-Initiated Password Reset
If self-service reset is not available, contact your JobNext administrator. They can reset your password from the Setup > Users section.
Session & Logout
Your login session remains active as long as you are using the application. For security, JobNext will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity.
To manually log out, click the logout icon (arrow pointing right) in the top-right corner of any page. The footer bar also displays your current logged-in username and IP address for reference.
Security Best Practices
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Always log out when using a shared or public computer.
- Report any suspicious account activity to your system administrator immediately.
