Machines
The Machines page is the central register of all equipment assets in the organization. It displays machines in a card-based grid layout, where each card shows a photo or placeholder image alongside essential identification details such as the asset code, name, group classification, and registration number.
From this page you can browse the full machine inventory, search and filter by group or location, and perform quick actions such as viewing details, approving records, or managing tags.

Filters

3-Level Classification Hierarchy
Every machine belongs to a 3-level classification that determines its depreciation treatment, reporting category, and planning designation:
The Sub-Sub Group (e.g., "Scorpio SUV") serves as the planning designation during budgeting and estimation. The actual machine record is only created when the equipment is procured and capitalized through the Capital MRN process. Multiple individual assets can belong to the same Sub-Sub Group.
